Will the Foreclosure Payouts Really Help Homeowners in south Florida?
$25 billion seems like a lot of money to go around but don’t think it is really going to help too many homeowners in south Florida.
A large chunk will go to 750,000 people who have already lost their homes- but they will get less than $2,000 each.  A nice little present, but it’s not going to change anyone’s housing situation.
